Muay Thai is a martial art from Thailand. It is also known as ‘the art of eight limbs’ because you need to use both your left and right fists, elbows, knees and shins. It requires strength, agility and endurance because it is a fast-paced and intense sport. You don’t train only to fight in stadiums. It is a popular form of fitness training that can help improve balance, coordination, and overall physical fitness.

In our Muay Thai class, you will learn:

Striking

You will learn how to use your fists, elbows, knees and shins.

Footwork

You will learn how to move around the ring, evade attacks and create angles to attack.

Defence

You will learn how to defend yourself against strikes, punches and kicks.

Clinching

You will learn how to control your opponent in a clinch and use your knees and elbows to strike them.

Conditioning

You will be in drills and exercises to improve your strength, endurance and overall fitness.

You learn striking, footwork, defense, clinching and conditioning in our class.
Other than all the skills, you can also improve your mental toughness, discipline, and focus through regular training.
